Privacy and security are too important for legalese. 6° does not own your data, nor do we sell it to others or use it for advertising. It's your data, period.

Information from Connected Services

After account creation, you may choose to connect external accounts (like LinkedIn, email, calendar, or social networks). You control which services to connect. Connected accounts are only used to build your professional network view within 6°.

When you connect a service:

• We only access data you explicitly authorize
• Each integration has specific permissions
• You can disconnect any service at any time
• Connected services' privacy policies also apply to how they handle your data

Automatically Collected Information

• IP address and browser information
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and features used
• Usage patterns (to improve the service)

We respond to GDPR requests within one month. Complex requests may take up to three months, and we'll inform you if needed.

7. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

However, no system is 100% secure. You accept the inherent risks of using an online service.

6° may display content from third-party services. These have their own privacy policies, and we have no responsibility for their practices.

12. Children's Privacy

6° is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

13. Your Control Over Your Data

• View Your Data: Access everything in your account settings
• Change Your Data: Update your information anytime
• Export Your Data: Download your data before deletion
• Delete Your Data: Delete your account from Settings or email armandas@sobeck.io

Deleted information may be kept in encrypted backups for up to 90 days for disaster recovery only.

14. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will:

• Notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours
• Notify you without undue delay if the breach poses high risk
• Describe the breach and steps taken to mitigate it

15. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or significantly affects you.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or prominent notice in the app.
